- Review piping drawings, isometrics, and material specifications.
- Inspect raw materials and fittings before fabrication.
- Perform cutting, beveling, and edge preparation as per design.
- Carry out fit-up and welding using qualified WPS/PQR procedures.
- Conduct non-destructive testing (RT, UT, MPI, DPI) on weld joints.
- Apply pre-assembly, spool marking, and dimensional verification.
- Transport prefabricated spools safely to the erection site.
- Align and install piping as per layout and support design.
- Perform hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure testing for leak verification.
- Complete final inspection, punch list clearance, and documentation for handover.
